SECTION 21: PRODUCT SAFETY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • CHOKING HAZARD: Our products contain small parts, including but not limited to ejecting shells, soft bullets, and building blocks. This product is NOT suitable for children under 3 years of age.

    Adult Supervision: We recommend that the use of ViperStrike™ products by minors always be conducted under the direct supervision of an adult.

  • Proper Use: Users must never aim the product at the face or eyes of people or animals. Use only the projectiles provided by the manufacturer. Any modification to the product or the use of third-party projectiles is strictly prohibited.

  • Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow these safety warnings. ViperStrike shall not be liable for any accidents occurring due to negligence or misuse of the tactical gear.
