1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, our team performs a quality check and prepares your package for secure transit. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times Once processed, our estimated delivery time is approximately 9 business days worldwide.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with international carriers to provide the most reliable service at the best possible rates.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, ViperStrike™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at viperstriketacticalgear@gmail.com immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
